HUD/FHA
- Assistance with sponsorship (if needed)
- Preparation of Federal application
- Quality Control program in accordance with HUD guidelines
- Preparation of all Certification Letters necessary for application submission
- Interaction with sponsor
- Preparation of all exhibits which will accompany application package
- Interaction with Federal authorities (if necessary)
- Completion of all state exemption registrations once approval has been obtained.

STATE LICENSING
- Obtainment of all required information from client
- Filing all necessary state qualification documents and providing resident agents as needed for each state
- Preparation of license application for submission to state authorities
- Assimilation of all documentation for individual state required exhibits.
- Preparation of all paperwork necessary to obtain state required bonds
- Providing surety bonds as necessary and with surety approval
- Follow up with state examiners when required
